Sarvottam Paints Calls 5th AGM, Proposes 10% Dividend
Sarvottam Paints has called its 5th AGM for Ashwin 25, where shareholders will consider a 10% dividend comprising bonus shares and cash for tax purposes.
Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited (SAPIL) has called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 25, 2083.
The AGM will be held at Hotel Jungle Spa Pvt. Ltd., Godawari, Attariya, Kailali, starting at 1:00 PM.
Among the key agendas, the AGM will consider the company’s proposed 10% dividend for FY 2082/83.
The company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 28, 2083 had proposed the dividend based on its existing paid-up capital of Rs. 34 crore. The proposal includes:
10% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.40 crore
Rs. 17,89,474 cash dividend for tax purposes
The AGM will also consider the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial statements and cash flow statement for FY 2082/83, along with the appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84.
Another agenda item is the election or nomination of four directors, comprising one representative from the public shareholders’ group and three representatives from the promoter shareholders’ group.
The company has fixed Ashwin 13, 2083 as the book closure date. Shareholders who held the company’s shares before the book closure date will be eligible for the proposed dividend and participation in the AGM.
