Muktinath Bikas Bank has launched a special home loan scheme targeting customers planning to build or purchase homes during the Dashain, Tihar and Chhath festive season.

Under the scheme, customers can obtain loans for home construction, house purchases and other housing-related requirements at an interest rate of the bank’s base rate plus 0.25%.

The bank will provide loans of up to 70% of the total valuation of the real estate property. However, first-time home buyers can obtain financing of up to 80% of the property’s valuation.

According to the bank, the scheme is designed to support customers planning to build or purchase their own homes during the festive season through competitive financing terms.

The special home loan scheme will remain valid until the end of Kartik 2083 BS. After the scheme expires, the bank’s prevailing interest rates and standard loan terms will apply.

The scheme is available through all 176 branches of Muktinath Bikas Bank across Nepal. Interested customers can visit their nearest branch for further information.

The bank has also stated that it is offering special schemes for auto loans, agriculture loans and SME business loans.
